Description
This Mod adds Four larger and One smaller sizes for terraforming plus one option to raise and lower the terrain. To use the raise/lower option just select it then hold the shift key and move the mouse up/down.  The prices as expected will be higher when using the larger flatten ground options.  Warning on the largest (4X) option it can slow down your game, especially when zoomed in close.

Should be compatible with all version of Cities XL

Installation
Download the file and place it into the "Paks" folder of your Cities XL installation.

Notes
